VaultCord Payment & Subscription FAQ

This article covers common billing questions, premium activation issues, and subscription management.


šŸ’³ Will my paid subscription auto renew?

Your subscription renewal depends on how you paid:

  • Card payments + PayPal:
    These subscriptions will always auto-renew unless you manually cancel them in your account settings.

  • Cryptocurrency payments:
    These do NOT auto-renew. If you paid with crypto, you will need to manually renew your premium once it expires.


āš™ļø How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard:

Path: VaultCord Dashboard -> Upgrade Page


Inside this section, you will see a ā€œManage Subscriptionā€ button that controls your plan settings.

From here, click the button and you'll be given the option to cancel your subscription.

🚨 I just purchased premium and didn’t get it

If you purchased premium but don’t see it activated, follow these steps:

  • Wait a few minutes until the premium perks are activated. Funds added using cryptocurrency should appear in the account within 1 hour, wait an hour to contact us if you paid with crypto.

  • Refresh the page to see if the premium perks have been activated.

  • Contact our support by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right and clicking the ā€œTalk to a human agentā€ button, then send us your Order ID and Order Number immediately to save time.


šŸ”§ My account wasn’t upgraded after purchase

If your account was not upgraded after purchase, one of the following likely occurred:

  • You ordered the subscription on the wrong account, so the other account was upgraded instead of yours.

  • The wrong payment amount was sent. This is only relevant to cryptocurrency orders.

If this happens, please reach out to our support team so we can manually fix your account.

Make sure to include:

  • Your Order ID

  • The email used for purchase

This allows us to resolve the issue much faster.
