Buying credits isn't working (declined)
Recommendation: Use wise.com virtual cards it's free.
We don't control the card payment website so we can't force an old card to get accepted. Wise will work very good though, it's recommend.

No Order History found
If the Order History page is empty or says "No order history yet", please find the email we sent after you purchased members.
Then click the link in the email. Once you do this, reload the Order History page again and you will see your order!
How to get automatic refunds
You can get instant refunds for undelivered members or if the order has majority offline members.
Offline members? If more than 10% of the purchased members are offline, you can go to the Order History page and click Refund to get a full refund.
Missing members? Click the link in your email and then click "Need refund for missing members"
How to view a seller's Discord server
You will sometimes be able to see the Discord server for a seller if you copy the name in the Seller: text and you add it to the end of https://vaultcord.win/ link.
For example, this seller we can copy "HiddenRBX" and we will type https://vaultcord.win/HiddenRBX then we can join the server and see if it's active.
ⓘ This will not work for every server that uses different names, and for privacy reasons & not spending our time on this — we will not respond to manual requests to identify sellers. If they did something wrong, click the report button on your order and we will investigate.
How to view a seller you purchased from before
On the Order History page you will see the "View Seller" link, that will take you directly to checkout.
If you have nothing in your order history, please check your email and click on the link for members there. Then you will be able to reload the order history page to see.

Why did I not get instant payout if I'm a paid seller?
The order must be a cryptocurrency order. Also, if the order cost is above 0.15 LTC (which is about $20 USD depending on the economy), we hold it until the payout date in case of refunds & other security reasons.
We're working on making these payout holds shorter to be only about 12-24 hours, our system needs some updating.
