Click on the "Invite Bot" button from https://dash.vaultcord.com/bots and then authorize the bot to join your Discord server. IMPORTANT: You should still do this even if the Discord bot is ALREADY in your server. Our link is the only good link that grants the proper permissions needed to join members & update roles.
That's all, once you have used our official Invite Bot link, you can start the member pull again and should have better success this time around.
