If you believe your VaultCord account was compromised, act immediately to secure your data and restore access. Account recovery is fully automated, so you do not need to wait for customer support.
1. Start the Automated Recovery
Go to the official recovery dashboard: dash.vaultcord.com/recovery
Enter your account email or your full VaultCord verify link (e.g.,
vaultcord.win/myurl).Complete the Cloudflare verification check.
2. Select a Recovery Method
Once your account is located, choose one of the available options:
Purchase Order ID: Enter an order ID from a past VaultCord purchase. (No network match required)
Account Recovery Key: Enter the recovery key previously downloaded from your settings. (No network match required)
Private Server Settings: Enter specific account details, such as redirect URLs or channel IDs. (Requires matching ASN/location)
Discord Bot Ownership DM: Receive a verification code via Direct Message from the bot owner account.
3. Secure Your Account
After regaining access and resetting your password, take these security steps:
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of protection in your security settings.
Review Active Sessions: Revoke access for any unrecognized devices or locations.
Update Passwords: Change passwords on any connected accounts using the same credentials.
