My account didn't upgrade after payment!

What to do if your VaultCord account isn't upgraded after payment, especially cryptocurrency payments taking too long.

If your account isn't upgraded after you paid for a plan. Please try to logout and login again. This can help if you didn't get logged out during the process already. You should see the subscription change in Settings. If you didn't get an email from VaultCord directly saying your order is paid, please send us your order ID details.

Did you pay with cryptocurrency? Make sure you wait for 15-20 minutes before asking us to investigate. This is the normal crypto wait time on any website. You also must give us the crypto transaction ID so we can find your payment.
